For Candidates

Unlike some other agencies we could name who list long-dead or repeated or invented vacancies on their websites, we list only REAL AND UP TO DATE LIVE VACANCIES. We treat our candidates with respect because you are prospective future clients. We strive to present fairly all our candidates to suitable employers.

We have successfully placed our candidates with well known employers in the UK, for example Sumitomo, Macintyre Hudson, Novae, British Standards Institute,  IPPF.

Our focus is on Internal Audit, Risk Management and Compliance. We place head of audit, chief internal auditors, internal auditors, IT auditors / computer auditors, risk management specialists, compliance auditors, Sarbanes Oxley and change management / profit improvement / due diligence specialists.

How can you help us help you?

  1. You should send us a detailed and up to date CV to us containing all the information that a prospective employer would want:-
    • Career history (up to 15 years)
    • Current employment status
    • Current and desired salary and benefits
    • Sector experience
    • IT experience if applicable (hardware platforms and software)
    • Project experience
    • Marital status and date of birth
    • Right to live and work in the UK; UK and other visas
    • ALL contact details including email and mobile 'phone
    • Institute memberships
    • Professional qualifications (distinguishing those obtained by examination) and dates obtained; copies of certificates
    • Education degrees and school certificates
    • Extent of willingness to travel or relocate
    • Mobility
    • Particular skills, such as IT and languages
    • Personal interests
  2. Send us a scanned copy of each of your degree and Institute membership certificates
  3. We also strongly recommend that you send us a separate CV addendum listing the last 6 key assignments or projects that you have worked on. This gives a flavour of your work and seniority.
  4. Please also include a 30-40 word summary of you as an individual and professional person. View sample CV.
  5. Give us contact details of 3 referees.
  6. Don't embellish too much and never lie...you will be found out!
  7. We are good communicators and strive to keep candidates informed of the status of applications. We cannot contact everyone every day and so a call to us fortnightly would be most helpful to us.
